- Assist, and deputise for, the Retail Director in the smooth day-to-day operation of retail store
- Strengthen profitability, maintaining food quality and upholding good service standard
- Responsible for managing a team of supervisors, crew leaders and crew
- Responsible for operations, manpower planning, scheduling, quality service and
- Responsible for enforcing hygiene & safety requirements
- Enforcing of Rules & Regulations, company policies and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are being followed
- Must stay Singapore
